2022 Chardonnay Central Coast

Introducing our inagural vintage of the Central Coast Chardonnay! Long awaited this wine has been. Every time we go to a show people ask "do you have chardonnay." Now we finally can! Beautiful notes of citrus, golden delicious apple, apricot, buttercream and lemon merengue pie. 50% fermented and aged in tank, 50% fermented and aged in barrels. Beautiful texture without forgetting acid. Unique and enjoyable now and many years down the road. 

Wine Proprietor's Notes: When I told my Dad I was going to make a Chardonnay, he was not pleased. Never has he been a Chardonnay drinker. But, I told him I'd make him a Chardonnay people will enjoy and he will too! With this partial malolactic fementation wine we're able to put together a balanced wine that has the silky texture but is well balanced with acid. I hope you enjoy this wine as much as we do!
