2023 Chardonnay Central Coast

Our delicious 2023 Chardonnay is perfectful curated from our partner single vineyard in the Central Coast. Beautiful fruit notes of Meyer lemon, persimmon, golden pear and granny smith apple paired perfectly with a slice of key lime pie. This delectable Chardonnay has the perfect amount of racy acidity that is balanced by its delectable texture coming from the oak barrels we rest it in.

Wine Proprietor's Notes: When I told my Dad I was going to make a Chardonnay, he was not pleased. Never has he been a Chardonnay drinker. But, I told him I'd make him a Chardonnay people will enjoy and he will too! With this partial malolactic fementation wine we're able to put together a balanced wine that has the silky texture but is well balanced with acid. I hope you enjoy this wine as much as we do!
