2020 was an interesting year for us all, including this wine! As it’s settled in the bottle, this wine is looking beautiful and smelling spectacularly. On the nose, granny smith apples, kiwi, pineapple and a hint of salt. This beautiful wine tastes like a morning picnic on the beach, hints of green bell pepper and jalapeño skins. Absolutely delightful. On the palate it is tart and tangy.

Best enjoyed at the beginning of a meal, or during a warm day. Best enjoyed chilled. Use Grandma Pam’s secret trick: wrap a wet paper towel around the bottle and put it in the freezer for 10 minutes. Then take it out and enjoy with family and friends. Ready to drink today!

This wine is so easy to drink, you may not have enough wine left for the food. But we recommend pairing this wine with a fuji apple salad with goat cheese, tuna or salmon sushi, grilled salmon or even chicken tacos with green salsa.
