The most shockingly delicious wine that will WOW your tastebuds. This surprise blend has notes of ripe red raspberries, plums, baked blackberry pie, mushrooms, damp earth and a savory hint.

When our Pinot Noir came in a little riper than expected, we acted fast at the winery. With a little bit of this and a little bit of that, us winemakers concocted the perfect blend. This wine is sure to get the palate excited. Great on its own but also a delicious pairing wine. Pair this wine with a gourmet lamb burger, mouthwatering ratatouille or your favorite hard cheeses.
