When this wine hits the glass, you are greeted by a compelling bouquet with hints of blackberry, strawberry and vanilla. A few moments later and a second swirl introduces subtle black pepper and umami. Pleasant mid-pallet tannins and forest floor essence round out the experience. Then, this wine leaves you with a nice mocha and black cherry finish. Our Syrahs are wonderfully complex and a delight to the senses.

Drink when opened at 55 degrees fahrenheit.
Wine Pairing:
Pair our 2013 Syrah with bacon wrapped dates stuffed with blue cheese, mushroom quiche, or a delightful rack of lamb. It surely will not disappoint.
