An absolutely incredible wine made entirely with native yeasts. This wine is bold and powerful. The oak on this wine allows for it to continue to beautify with age and open up within the glass. One swirl of this and you'll be hooked. Bright violets and epic blackberry notes sit side by side in the glass. Fresh raspberry, luxardo cherry and plum envelop your senses. Special oak aging on this wine allows for subtle hints of vanilla, tobacco and damp forest floor. Only 40 cases were made, so this will go quickly. A truly spectacular wine we're proud to have grown on the estate.
