2025 Chardonnay Central Coast

Our 3rd year sourcing from this single beautiful central coast vineyard called Five Point. We're excited to once again work with this delectable fruit.

Notes of lemon peel, chamomile and honeydew. A second layer of honeycomb and beeswax appears as you dive into it deeper. This wine is refreshing and bright as it dances on the palate with a lovely crisp acidity and freshness. The integration of neutral oak barrels shows best through the texture of this wine rounding off the finish with a lovely softness. Perfect to pair with any cheeseboard or lobster roll!

Wine Proprietor's Notes: When I told my Dad I was going to make a Chardonnay, he was not pleased. Never has he been a Chardonnay drinker. But, I told him I'd make him a Chardonnay people will enjoy and he will too! With this partial malolactic fementation wine we're able to put together a balanced wine that has the silky texture but is well balanced with acid.
